Who qualifies as a
Super IC?
We want to curate a community of the top IC talent in the world. In order to do that we have some criteria.

You’re a Product Designer, Content Designer or UX Researcher. We are inclusive of all “Design” functions.
2
You’re an Individual Contributor (IC). If you are in management but are looking to switch to an IC role or if your role is hybrid IC/management, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
3
You’re Staff-level or higher. We are trying to create a niche community to maximize value. In order to do that you must be higher than Senior (e.g. Staff, Principal, Director, etc.)
4
You exhibit strong work and sense of craft. We are building the most elite community of Super ICs. Your work must speak for itself.
